This website is operated by CNCPERFORMANCE LLC, doing business as CNC Performance, a sports performance training facility at 1076 S Mount Vernon Ave, Colton, CA 92313. Questions about this policy go to support@cncperformance-ca.com.

• Contact form. The athlete’s first and last name and sport; your first and last name, mobile phone number, optional email, an optional note, and whether you ticked the SMS consent box (and when).
• How you found us. If you arrived from an ad or a link, the campaign tags in the address (utm parameters and Google click ID), the page you landed on, and the referring site. These are stored in your browser and sent with the form so we know which advertising actually works.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking. These set cookies and collect device, browser, approximate location, and page interaction data. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses and request metadata for security and rate limiting.

• To reply to your inquiry by text, call, or email, and to set up training if you enroll.
• To keep a record of your inquiry in our client management system so the coaches can follow up.
• To measure which pages and advertising bring families to us.
• To protect the site from abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Contact form submissions are sent to CNC Performance’s private client management system, hosted on Vercel with data stored by Supabase in the United States. Text messages are delivered through Twilio. Analytics data is processed by Google. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not share your information with anyone else except as required by law.

Texting is opt-in only, through the unchecked consent box on our contact form or at enrollment. Reply STOP to any message to stop. Full details, sample messages, and the mobile-data no-sharing commitment are in our SMS Terms & Privacy Policy.

This website is for parents and guardians. Athlete names are submitted by a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 through this site.

Inquiry records are kept while we work with you and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. Browser attribution data expires after 90 days. Google Analytics data retention is set to Google’s default for our account.

• You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
