About

Met as college athletes. Built CNC together.

LeBeaux and Candice met during their college athletic careers in 2012 and later married. In 2020 they founded CNC Performance in Colton, built around six core pillars designed to deliver a healthy lifestyle and proven results.

The idea was simple: give Inland Empire athletes the kind of coaching the two of them had to leave home to find. Real programming, real accountability, and coaches who have actually stood where these athletes want to go.

Coach Candice

Candice Whetton

All-American shortstop. Builder of disciplined athletes.

Growing up playing multiple sports, Candice discovered her passion for competition early. She committed to softball at 12 and went on to become an All-American, earning an athletic scholarship to the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where she played shortstop and outfield. That experience shaped her understanding of the discipline, sacrifice, confidence and consistency required to compete at a high level.

Today she brings that experience to every athlete she works with, focused on speed, agility, strength, explosiveness, coordination, conditioning and athletic confidence, while teaching the habits and mindset needed to perform at their best.

What makes Candice's approach different is her belief that athletic development is about more than what happens inside the gym. She works to help athletes become more disciplined, accountable, confident, resilient and prepared for the demands of competition and of life.

At CNC Performance, Candice is committed to creating an environment where athletes are challenged to grow, encouraged to believe in themselves, and held accountable to the standard they are capable of reaching.

The six pillars

Everything we coach comes back to six things.

Speed and strength are the output. These are the inputs: the habits and mindset that make an athlete coachable, durable and confident.

  1. 01

    Confidence

Athletes who believe they belong on the field play faster. We build that belief rep by rep.

  2. 02

    Commitment

Show up, do the work, hold the standard. The habit matters more than any single session.

  3. 03

    Nutrition

Fuel is part of the program. Athletes learn what to eat to train hard and recover.

  4. 04

    Mental Health

Pressure is real. We coach the mindset to handle it, on game day and off.

  5. 05

    Rehabilitation

Coming back from injury the right way, with movement work that rebuilds strength safely.

  6. 06

    Perseverance

Setbacks are part of the path. We teach athletes to keep going when it is hard.
